Hiring a permanent employee is a big commitment. With contract to hire staffing, we'll place a pre-screened candidate with you for a probationary period. As with any temporary employee, we handle the payroll. At the end of that time, if it is a good fit, the employee is transferred to your company! If at anytime during the probationary period you determine they are not a good fit, we're happy to provide you with another suitable candidate.
